Alongside our membership we provide in depth training programmes to our members to ensure they're never left unsure of what to do inside the gym.

INTRODUCTION TO FITNESS

Our introduction to fitness program is a basic plan for beginners and covers all aspects of fitness but in a simple easy to follow way.

 

Three 45-minute workouts a week which all try to get you using an array of different equipment in our gym so that you can familiarise yourself with Optimum.

OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE

Our most popular program within the gym and ideal for Functional Fitness fans. This will help you improve a full range of fitness components.

 

It utilises Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Cardiovascular equipment and your own body weight. It’s designed to make you move better, get stronger, get fitter and improve your body composition.

 

4 workouts a week lasting between 60-90 minutes depending on your fitness level.

OPTIMUM HYPERTROHPY

Our Hypertrophy program is ideal for people wanting to build muscle and strength and needing structure within their training.

​

It utilises Dumbbells, Barbells, Plate Loaded Machines and Cables with a wide range of training techniques to ensure you get the best results within the gym.

​

4 workouts a week lasting between 60-90 minutes.

OPTIMUM PHYSIQUE

 Our Physique program is aimed to decrease body fat, build muscle and increase strength.

 

It mainly consists of resistance training with mixed High Intensity and Low Intensity cardio work.

 

3-5 workouts a week lasting roughly 1 hour or longer if desired.
