I also welcome individuals referred by physiotherapists and doctors. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and in 2017 I decided to open BPF Fitness Hub.
I have developed my own training philosophies using the experience and scientific knowledge I have built up over the years. The training techniques I implement use a variety of resistance equipment, own body weight actions, suspension training, accommodating resistance and cardio-vascular monitoring.
