• ID must be presented when visiting Optimum for concessions.
• Promotional discounts can not be used in conjunction to any other offer i.e. staff & student concession rate.
• Payments can only be made by cash or cheque, made payable to the Therapist/Practitioner.
• Cancellation policy; In the event that you need to cancel an appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are not able to give sufficient notice we will ask you to pay for the cancelled appointment in full. Our telephone number is 01252 811821.
