Optimum Fitness was first established 1999 Unisport, University of Surrey. We are a team of fully qualified Health professionals dedicated to sport and sports injuries, offering a range of treatments: Chiropractic, Physiotherapy & Sports Therapy.

We moved to Surrey Sports Park, April 2010 which is a prestigious sporting facility, offering 50m Olympic size swimming pool, 8 squash courts, climbing wall, spinning studio, sports performance testing lab and much more.

We have a ‘sister’ Clinic in Fleet which manages the appointment system and enquiries for Optimum Fitness.
